Shopping and enquiries

We use the contact, delivery, order and enquiry details you provide to handle your purchase or request. Payment and delivery providers receive the information needed to provide their services. Optional analytics and advertising are separate from placing an order.

Consent and withdrawal

Optional analytics and advertising start only after consent to the corresponding category. Rejecting them does not prevent shopping. We remember your choice for 182 days, unless you clear cookies sooner. Withdrawing consent stops future tracking and removes the related first-party cookies; it does not automatically erase data already received by providers. The page may reload to stop a previously loaded tracker.

Cookies and storage

nickel_consent stores your categories, consent identifier, dates and policy revision for 182 days. Authentication and preference cookies support requested shop features. If enabled, _ga cookies can last up to two years and _fbp/_fbc up to 90 days; browsers may shorten these periods. With the relevant consent, we also keep up to 100 purchase identifiers in browser storage to avoid counting a purchase twice; this is cleared on withdrawal. Provider retention is configured separately.

Google and Meta

These providers process data under their own policies and may process it outside the European Economic Area using their applicable transfer safeguards. Their policies explain recipients, retention and your options:

Google Analytics 4 helps us understand visits, products viewed and purchases. It may store _ga cookies. We do not enable Google advertising personalisation or send the contents of your contact forms to Analytics.

Meta Pixel measures advertising results and helps personalise ads on Facebook and Instagram. Meta may receive information about pages, products and purchases and associate it with your Meta account. It may store _fbp and _fbc cookies.

Your rights

Depending on the processing, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object to processing and withdraw consent. You may also complain to the Polish data protection authority, UODO. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
